Skype Support . . . Time To Take A Stand

Few days ago I discovered that my Skype account was hijacked.  My password was not accepted.  Resetting my password, took me to a new foreign account that does not belong to me.  The name of the new account holder is 'Onestep Ahead' and the ID is 'onestep999'.

I contacted Microsoft.  Signing in to my account maggie.pimm took me to my second account, maggie.pimm2, which means all care was taken for me not to access my account, neither with my password, nor by using the sign in details of Microsoft.

We tried to go to Skype support.  On Skype Support page there is no access to Skype Support.  It is a page where they offer their services, and if we have questions, go to the Community.  Do you think the community will be able to tell me how to access my account, and how to reach customer service?

After exhausting all possibilities, a very friendly agent advised me to go to level 2 management - they will be able to bring back my account to me.  So, I did and I explained to them that I cannot access Skype support.  Within 24 hours, they replied, that I should go back to Skype Support.

Obviously, at least I assume, they must have communicated with Skype Support to sort it out, and this is what I would expect from any sane customer service.  However, either Skype Support claims the best way to do it is contact them, while on their webpage the public has no access to Skype Support, unless this is a special page designed for Maggie Pimm :-), or nobody else within Microsoft knows what is being done within Skype and how things are handled, and they are shoving me away to Skype Support.

Either way, this is not acceptable to delay the resolution of the problem, and to keep gangsters hijacking my Skype room, creating havoc under my name.  It is well known, that friends are contacted to ask for money, and people pay wanting to help their friends to discover their money has been paid to hackers.  People may not be aware, hackers take newly acquired rooms as a basis to access friends rooms and infect them with viruses, and it continues on and on.

It seems that everybody is taking Skype hackings for granted and considering them as necessary evil, while it is not.  Reality is, if the public is not aware about the implications of hackings; that hackings are not necessary and should be prevented, then at least Microsoft should know the implications of hackings and that it is preventable.  Simply, these viruses are induced by human fingers, and officials are turning the head, not wanting to see, relying on their trusted friends in the Network.

Few months ago, when I managed the second and third hacking, I was able to access Skype Support and to get the chat with the agent emailed to me.  Doing that, I could show that Skype Support agents are involved in the matter.

Now we have a new website design where no pathway to access Skype Support is identifiable. I asked the agent to show me how I can go to Skype Support, she could not tell me.  The chat with the actually very friendly Microsoft agent was not forwarded to me by email.  This design is obviously designed by humans, Microsoft Head Office independent, to protect Skype Support from customers having evidence for what is being done and what is being said.

Moreover, the behaviour of the hijackers is more like gang like.  They remind me of the Pink Panther who left his glove with his initials in the crime scene, and catch me if you can.  The name given to the account that is not mine, onestep ahead, is actually the user name of my account with Empower Network. Obviously, what is happening is not circumstantial, but deliberate, orchestrated by some baddies of the leading Network in the industry, who call themselves PRO.
  • Last week, or more, while I was looking at my posts at IBO toolbox, all of them vanished in front of my eyes, and were returned after complaining to good people at the Network.
  • Few months ago, I wrote an ebook, Network Marketing Today.  It was hijacked and after writing about the matter on my blog, naming the person who did it, it was returned missing some chapters.  I asked for its return lately, to no avail.
  • Kindly, after returning my ebook, I unpublished my blog post.  I had told that person, if he does not send to me a copy, a full copy, I will republish it.  I looked at my blog two days ago to find all my blog posts on draft were mixed up with published documents.  After sorting my documents, I found this blog post had vanished.  Another blog post was added to drafts, just the title and few lines, which I have never written.  The title was 'Bad Google Customer Service'.
I am herewith calling all people to take a stand.  CEOs and Owners of Network Marketing companies to take a stand, and stop what is going on from happening.  I am calling Microsoft to take a stand and clean their rows.  It is not about just collecting money from customers for cost effective calls and more.  If the public is offered a facility to use, then the public needs to be handled with respect, and not have them subject to mishandling by a gang that is infiltrating the InterNetwork Marketing industry.

Today it is me . . . Tomorrow it is you
